Excellent good team spirit between some employees to keep smile in hard days

I spent few years in this company, what a deception… no chance to come back here A lot of promesses at the beginning and what a disappointment from my managers that made me leave… to tired, to stressful… A team of managers well below the expectations of customers and employees : No more communication between some essential services because managers just think about theirselve. The teams in the depots and the sales are abandoned and have no encouragement from their managers salary are also lacking. No wage panel and overall low wages for more and more work especially for 2 years, many people have left … too much

Depending on the department, you can have more or less flexible working hours. Of course, some departments work in shifts. The administrative employees, however, have different possibilities to organize their time well. You can learn and improve a lot if you want. You can also have a great career if you are active and positive. For these employees, the door is open to an interesting career or further development opportunities.

Some employees (not many) have little drive to change and when you meet them, it's hard to push new ideas and improve something. The introductory programme has often not been sufficient in the past (for myself I could rate it 75%). However, I know that several departments pay more attention to it, but it also depends on the work and the supervisor... It's certainly not perfect here, but on the other hand the grass isn't much greener either.
