Your older or younger, later recruited employee can earn significantly more although he does not have the same functions. Promotes too little above-average commitment. Much is still decided under the hand and contractually determined. Pleasant atmosphere and good handling. Many projects. Depending on the area, very well trained colleagues or mostly historically grown=not agile. I only recommend the employer if the position and the income are right. For many alumni, AMAG's experience has paid off very well, but unfortunately it is best not to choose a high internal income right from the start as it does not rise sharply afterwards and they are tied to the percentage increase in wages.
