Employees = Resource
24 July 2018July 2018
The employee is treated more as a resource than as a person. The one who gets sick is discharged. Homeoffice Paradox: only people who live nearby (and the boss) are allowed to do homeoffice. Employees who live far away are not allowed to do a homeoffice, although the advertisement says as goodies that you are allowed to do a homeoffice.

Frontend Developer

Intransparency during the application process and important questions could have been clarified before a personal interview. Time and money are gone. Flight, travel and hotel costs are only covered if you are hired. You should tell the applicants that too. Open-plan offices and boss sit behind the people looking at the screens. That's why I see the future for Allianz as black for IT, because there aren't many good developers either. They will quickly find something elsewhere and will no longer apply to companies with bad experiences. I have one more tip for the Allianz, computer scientists are free spirits and not birds you put in a cage. The result is zero creativity and zero motivation. Good luck

Unfortunately, the seat is not directly in the city centre, but the building is top and close to the station Wallisellen.

I think the cooperation with the people is very good and the tasks are interesting. Colleagues are very nice, friendly and supportive. Communication could be even more transparent, but has improved.

Kundenservicecenter

I worked at the customer service center. The job is well presented at the interview, but in reality it looks different. You have to expect 8 hours of telephony. The superiors control everything and you are properly exploited. If you have a doctor's appointment, you have to ask for it a month in advance. It's very inflexible to take free.

Certainly a very good company ( good social benefits ect ect ). But....job advertisement: Languages Franz and or Italian. At the interview: we only look for DE and Franz speaking people......not quite correct....but thanks anyway.

An employer who appreciates good performance. Those who perform well have a good chance of developing further.
