Managers and colleagues are supportive and approachable, which encourages the exchange of knowledge and experience. I would particularly like to highlight the wide range of training opportunities that have enabled me to continuously expand my skills and gain new competencies. Working on innovative projects with a dedicated team has given me great pleasure, not only professionally but also personally. The annual employee survey / satisfaction survey takes place with each employee personally. Conducted by a member of the management. Combined with the opportunity to negotiate a wage increase for the coming year. An anonymous survey independent of wage negotiations would allow employees the courage to answer honestly and without consequence what the mood and conditions really are like for them.

There is always potential for improvement everywhere, even at Kühner. However, this is largely recognized and addressed. It is important to find the balance between necessary changes and the (individual) possibilities of the employees to follow these "opportunity processes". For some it is too fast, for others too slow, but I think the speed is a good compromise.
