I have already gained experience in various companies and can assess the different starting situations well. In good conscience, I can say that FOPPA is the best employer I have ever had. Basically, the eye of the beholder is well positioned, but for me it fits very well, because the working atmosphere is great, the openness of employees and superiors is given at all times. There is an open and fair communication and the door to the bosses is always open, even for topics that occupy you on a personal level and actually have nothing to do with the job. I appreciate that because I know it differently. In addition to the human and personal aspects, we are always motivated, valued and encouraged as employees. Working independently in the FOPPA team is great fun and I can take on responsibility in my area. We have access to a top modern infrastructure and stand as people with our uniqueness in the centre. So that we are well we have daily access to fresh fruits, water, mineral water, coffee and that for free. In addition, we can benefit from our in-house health management, which is good for our health by showing us in various workshops or courses how to deal with everyday problems. So I can't understand how such negative comments come about, because I can't confirm them at all. The nice thing is, I can stand behind it so firmly that I can say without further ado: if you don't believe it, come and see us. And I can and may do that as a normal employee.

It's nice that every opinion counts, but it also slows down everyday life.

Can't answer the question because I'm not employed. Perhaps the order situation is good that the company is looking for some people.

After the application I was told that I would hear something from the company in a week. 3 weeks later I had no answer from the company. Find it a little strange that all good reviews are about 3 months back.

It's been 2-3 years since I was employed at Foppa AG. What does not surprise me is that also here each bad evaluation by "so-called freiwillige Bewertungen" is should improve the rating.

- High turnover company (thanks to large customer enquiries) - Super cohesion between employees - Appropriate salary

- Management focuses too little on employees - Suggestions for criticism and improvement will be accommodated, but "neutralized" by time-consuming discussions. - Cooperation between MA and management as well as the head of department is not really a coincidence. - Very good and pronounced "controlling" by management

Cooperation and working atmosphere is top! Management style of the superiors very collegial and exemplary!

Working hours could be made a little more flexible. Otherwise I hardly see improvement pitential, everything runs!

Every day I experience a motivated and committed team that treats each other very amicably in all areas. All employees can work flexibly and with a lot of personal responsibility, which I appreciate very much. I am happy to be able to advise the customer in a solution-oriented way and to carry out interesting projects for him. The working conditions are very social. 5 weeks vacation per year and also the coffee, mineral water and the fruit can be obtained freely.

The company is always growing. The demands on the system and internal processes have potential for improvement.

Direct and open tone of voice. It addresses the concerns of workers. In the sales force, a lot of personal responsibility and independent resource planning is put on. The support and cooperation of the whole team is very important. One feels the positive contact in the family business!

Fit for the future...with the support of new employees (coping with high workloads)

As a long-standing employee with experience at home and abroad, you get to know different employers and thus different ideas of workplace design. There is no employer who always meets one hundred percent of personal expectations. We have the modern equipment to meet our requirements and needs. And otherwise there is always an "open ear" for the individual concerns. The leadership is very social and also loyal to the employees. Wherever possible, we always try to fulfil personal wishes and needs. In order for all this to be possible, however, the necessary commitment is also required. If one is confronted in the everyday life frequently with special desires of the customers increases that the requirement at the own flexibility. The growth and success of recent years speak for themselves.

More flexible working time models would be nice. However, these must also be adapted to the individual functions.

I have been employed at Foppa AG for ten years as a service technician. I look after my customers independently and plan my working day as required. Therefore it can come to overtime which I can compensate after arrangement with my superior for example with a beautiful ski day in the Bündner mountains. My compensation is very fair I know what I used to have and am happy that I don't have to work on commission. In our department we work very well together and support each other with larger orders.

In principle I am completely satisfied because I am commissioned with another new product I expect enough help for a great success.
