This comment astonishes me very much. Yes, the "shop" is running well and this thanks to all those involved who are strongly involved on a daily basis. The management always has an open ear, works with full commitment at the base, the owners are always at the front and down-to-earth. Work is done 42 hours per week, every hour worked is guided, can and should be compensated, all have at least 5 weeks vacation. Absences and holiday wishes can almost always be taken into account. Health management is actively practised. There are various part-time possibilities, but unfortunately not (yet) with all jobs. The lunch break can be arranged flexibly by anyone for 45 to 90 minutes.
