But that doesn't compensate for the lousy working atmosphere, the gruff tone of the management and the strange behavior of the other employees (hardly greeted, no one talks to you).
The tasks and procedures were somewhat chaotic, and you are often left to your own devices. Very bad working atmosphere during the trial period. As a senior consultant, you are treated like an apprentice and expected to deliver conceptual work for free. If you leave at 17.00 on the trial day, because there was never any talk of a full day of trial work, you are humiliated by the boss in front of everyone. The existing team are followers and those who are already on the way out. There is only 1 WC for everyone. I advise against it.
