Financial resources are intact, albeit moderately managed. The energy suppliers (still) live in a "sheltered workshop", so to speak. Accordingly, the above problems currently have hardly any economic consequences. The shareholders are (too) good-natured and loyal.

The management style is very outdated and delegative. Great importance is attached to formalities and small details. The focus on the essentials is neglected. People prefer to discuss the comma in the right place rather than the real problems and challenges (e.g. margin erosion, strategy, employee turnover).
Communication should be significantly improved. Employees are only moderately involved in management considerations. The company is correspondingly restless. The Board of Directors is not visible or perceptible.
