Safety is lived
This works well in the company
I personally already experienced Securitrans as a very open and professional company at the interview.
This could be improved
The further development of the squad was neglected and is now being made up for.

Recommendable company with very good working conditions
This works well in the company
The social benefits as well as the wages are right. In addition, you are listened to as an employee and suggestions for improvement are addressed and implemented. It is not too bureaucratic, rather pragmatic solutions are preferred at Securitrans. You have good career opportunities and are valued for your achievements. Securitrans is experiencing a real change after the management changes, a great deal of emphasis is placed on transparency and communication and on the well-being of each individual employee.
This could be improved
Securitrans is constantly evolving and the good direction is perceptible. Processes and responsibilities are kept transparent in order to provide employees with guidance. The corporate culture still needs some time to establish itself properly. This is shaped by the employees.

Best employer I ever had.
This works well in the company
- Team dynamics fit very well (active in SBB team all year round) - Problems are solved quickly - Salary could always be more but you can't complain - Communication between group leader and employee respectful and objective - All in all, I have to say that anyone who complains at Securitrans is complaining at a high level, but I can only speak for myself.
This could be improved
- Sometimes a little inflexible with free wishes during the year - Things like reports, holidays and documents currently still solved old-fashioned on paper instead of an IT solution in digital form. But there is an improvement planned for the end of the year.

Nice and good company!
This works well in the company
I have been working at Securitrans for a few years now, it is a very good company, with opportunities for further training in various sectors of activity. A salary that falls each month, a general subscription offered. Pre-announced holidays are always accepted in 99% of cases. Managers are always available to answer questions.
This could be improved
As in any company, there are things to improve. Short-term planning is not always easy for the organization. Internal communication has yet to prove its worth.

Very pleased!!!
This works well in the company
Those who perform their duties as employees and do their work professionally definitely have development and career opportunities in this company. If you enter your holiday planning early enough, you will get everything - unfortunately less at short notice. Social benefits, GA, team, group leader and compensation are very good. Training opportunities are top if you want to work and progress.
This could be improved
Both not every employer and not every employee are perfect. Complaining and wanting is always easier than giving constructive criticism, which may even be taken into account, and giving. A bad working atmosphere: if you expect sweets when you hand them out, you live according to the motto that life is a pony farm. A clear minus is definitely the organisation and communication of the individual parties, but where does that go perfectly? If the employee is to be flexible, so is the employer. The eternal theatre with the travel times, places of employment, company cars and mileage allowance should be a little more under control...

This works well in the company
Part-time employees can communicate when they can work. This is also taken into account in duty scheduling. For permanent employees, this request is probably more difficult from time to time. The range of tasks is very diverse and varied. At the beginning of the shift, you don't know where you'll be needed, what situations you'll have to deal with, and what people you'll be confronted with. This is very exciting, but should be better compensated. A nice uniform, which can now be adapted to the weather conditions, is provided.

Whether Securitrans or now Transsicura, everything has remained the same (including parts of the management). The employment conditions, salary, allowances, etc. everything remained the same. Unfortunately, the decision-makers failed to fully integrate the "Securitrans object protection" into SBB (e.g. as SBB security service). It became with Transsicura only a subsidiary of the SBB with own GAV and bonus regulations, etc.. This is a pity, because the employees would have a better salary at SBB, much higher allowances, by far much better time bonuses (for night duty, Sunday, etc.). Many employees have two work locations in their contract. This saves Transsicura commuting allowances (time and money for the car). 12-hour shifts, even short-term ones, are ordered or expected to be performed.
