The good times of SBB Securitrans are over! Planning in the eastern region is unreliable and more and more people have to spontaneously take on longer services. However, planning is not flexible in one case. The working climate is bad. Either you're accepted by the team, or you're down for good. I've seen it in this company. The salary and the free GA is great, but none of this is either.
