- Working conditions (Ex. 8:40/day) could be better. But if this is a problem and you "only" want to work as little as possible, then you are wrong at Verwo anyway. Here you can develop yourself and step on the gas, then you will be rewarded. - Stabilise and consolidate processes instead of prioritising the next "new" project. - Do employee surveys and feel the pulse. Never been done in the years I was there. - Little space in production/logistics due to large growth 2017-2018

Communication from top to bottom, career opportunities (change to other areas possible without any problems), Many very good superiors (was not always like that!), Exciting and innovative customers and projects, Modern tools (IT, software, etc.), new challenges and tasks every day, great colleague cohesion, good food supply (the bakery comes twice a day, various vending machines, etc.)

The company is already doing a lot of things right. You can feel that there has been a real change for about 2 years now, from the "small booth" to the "big SME". Now only a few old things like the working time model (43,5h) or the break regulation would have to be adapted to the "new time".

there are surely also good projects, unfortunately too few ! Coffee or other possibilities are available . The space for changing clothes is sufficient.

Restructure personnel management, an open critical & honest communication would be appropriate, open for new impulses! The constant change of personnel and the drifting away of knowledge, is only passed on to the other employees. Massive mistakes followed, deliveries are often too late. Massive overtime, where one must ask oneself questions is the legal ?
