Organization is very good. I have never worked in such a well organized team in the last 30 years of my working career in the private sector. The leadership is very good and capable. I see again and again young employees who are promoted to managerial positions shortly after their apprenticeship. That is very good that existing potential is used.
This could be improved
Career changers often have trouble keeping up with the fast pace. This improves with routine, but it doesn't happen overnight. In the meantime, I have been doing this for 3 years and also have some routine, but I see the problem every day with new employees. The salary is significantly below my previous jobs.

It took about a week from the application to the invitation to the interview.
This could be improved
Online interview. The person did not respond to my questions, which were related to the activities in the job profile. I knew about as much after the interview as I did before. It's all about self-promotion and zero appreciation for the applicant. After mentioning salary requirements, conversation ended despite open-ended questions. I was told to call again the next day. When I called the next day, there was an unsubstantiated rejection. No query to me how I felt about the interview (own opinion is out of place anyway). When I asked why, the person opposite was completely out of his depth (as team leader!) and said that the qualifications were suitable but that he had imagined something (!) different for his team, that he could not stand behind this with a clear conscience because there were many other candidates who were better suited to what he had in mind (why was I invited if there were obviously already so many suitable candidates (m/f)?). And the person said this really arrogantly and in a disparaging tone. Furthermore, my salary expectations are said to be much too high, although the salary corresponds to what they are looking for in the job profile (corresponding further training). Since the rejection did not refer to my qualifications, it was all the more disrespectful, since it referred to me as a person in the follow-up. This could be expressed/communicated in a different way. In my opinion even in management very unqualified personnel who do not know how to treat people respectfully, insult and have yet to learn to communicate accordingly with decorum. It is difficult to put this into words but it was really very derogatory and even discriminatory overall and without any justification - without a single concretely stated factual reason. Except for the salary issue. I will definitely never apply to this company again. I have never experienced anything like this with any other company.
