I have been working in the technology sector for over 10 years and have experienced a lot of positive things there. In all projects there is always a good team feeling with a very good cooperation among each other - you notice that the company pays a lot of attention to the "cultural fit" in recruiting. I experience this in everyday life, but also when I am urgently looking for an expert for a certain framework at short notice and spontaneously take one or two hours to explain everything to my (formerly unknown) colleagues in a call. I also find it personally satisfying that I can do relevant work in my roles and actually implement it end-to-end. This is due to the fact that the company trusts me strongly and lets me act independently on the one hand, and on the other hand on the projects that are mostly really relevant.
This could be improved
It is a consulting firm, and Accenture is therefore subject to the problems of this industry. I know some horrible projects from my personal environment, where people worked too long and the mood was bad. (Personally I had never experienced it like this in >10 years.) It is also always a little "lucky" whether the superiors and leadership of a project/account are particularly good/net/supportive/helpful/smart, or not so much. There is a certain degree of risk in this sector.

What went wrong: I've waited over a month for an answer regarding my application, tried several times to reach the appropriate recruiter, with the feedback that I'll get a callback. I found out after another inquiry that the recruiter was on vacation. Why does it take four phone calls to find out what the status quo is? Finally, I received a rejection saying that Accenture had a hiring freeze. Strangely enough, ads for the same job are now advertised again.
