Description and Requirements
In this role, you will be pivotal in diversifying talent pipelines. You will collaborate closely with our Greater Asia Pacific Talent Acquisition Team by providing sourcing support across Asia Region.
You will :
- Source and engage top passive candidates in the GTAP region.
- Conduct market mapping and gather insights on specific talent pools to pinpoint exceptional talent.
- Connect with potential candidates through social media platforms and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Compose and send tailored recruiting emails to attract top prospects.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search, to identify qualified candidate profiles.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines to support future hiring needs.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as conversion rates, including passive candidates transitioning to applicants, interview invitations, offers, and hires.
- Manage and update candidate information in systems like our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

You Bring :
Experience working with different sourcing channels and strategies
2-5 years of relevant experience as a sourcer or recruiter with sourcing focus.
Fluency in Mandarin language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Innovative ideas to attract passive talents.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Avature, Workday or similar solutions)
Ability to execute sourcing strategy, including employer branding in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and talent mapping
