Reporting to: CEO/ General Manager
In this role you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our supplier and construction company network across Switzerland. You will identify and engage new suppliers and construction firms, leading them through the onboarding process and ensuring they are fully registered and integrated into our platform. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a strong understanding of the construction industry and exceptional relationship-building skills.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Identify potential suppliers and construction companies in Switzerland.
- Conduct research to generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard suppliers.
Supplier Registration & Onboarding:
- Guide suppliers and construction companies through the registration process
Partnership Management:
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers and construction companies.
- Act as the point of contact for partners to resolve any issues.
- Regularly communicate with partners to keep them engaged and active.
Market Expansion:
- Assist in identifying growth opportunities in untapped regions within Switzerland.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop strategies for scaling supplier and construction company registrations.
Sales & Target Achievement:
- Meet monthly and quarterly KPIs for supplier registrations and engagement.
- Track and report progress, identifying areas for improvement in outreach and conversion strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: 7 – 10 years of experience in purchase department with a strong network of suppliers in Switzerland in construction industry.
Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the construction supply chain, procurement processes, and key industry players in Switzerland
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn systems.
Languages: Fluency in English + French or German is a must
