For our client we are looking for a

Your challenge

  • You configure, maintain, and optimize SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Talent Management and Performance Management

  • You participate in the full system lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing, training, and post-launch support

  • You also ensure the SAP SuccessFactors modules align with business requirements and best practices

  • You provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP SuccessFactors users, ensuring optimal system performance

  • You perform regular system updates and enhancements, ensuring seamless integration across different modules and HR functions

  • You work closely with the SAP HR team and key stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into system solutions

  • You act also as a liaison between the HR department and IT teams to ensure smooth system operations

  • You Assist in the creation of system documentation, including user guides and process flows

  • You support the development and management of HR reports and dashboards, using SAP Analytics Cloud to provide valuable insights into key HR metrics

  • You conduct training sessions for HR staff and other end users to ensure they are proficient in using the SuccessFactors platform

  • You share best practices and continually improve the team knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors suite

 

Your qualifications

  • Proven experience in the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent Management, and Performance Management

  • Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly in talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management, performance reviews, and talent development

  • Practical experience in system integration, configuration, and testing within SAP SuccessFactors

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with HR and IT teams

  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience in using SAP Analytics Cloud for reporting and data visualization is a strong advantage

  • You are fluent in German and English, written and spoken
