Strategic Accounts Manager (Vans, EMEA)

VANS EMEA is looking for an exceptional Strategic Accounts Manager to join our team based in Stabio Switzerland.

Let’s Talk about the Role

You as a Account Manager, Strategic Accounts will be accountable for developing a mutual and beneficial long-term partnership with our strategic partner Footlocker.

You will lead, in full collaboration with your peers, a dedicated x-functional team, manage the full P&L for the account and deliver on brand and financial goals in line with our overall EMEA strategies and financial plans.

· Driving strategic long term planning

· Building strong partnership relations internal and external

· Creating and environment of growth

· Leading a x-functional team

· Fostering a coaching & learning culture

· Collaborating with all relevant stakeholders and departments

· Improving our positioning within the account

Skills for Success

You should be a strong team-player with leadership skills, with:

· The ability to listen with empathy

· The capability to drive fast decision making

· An understanding of the wider marketplace and account specifics

· An expertise in account management

· A keen interest in a growing mindset

A formal education and subsequent University Bachelor or Master’s degree in Insert Relevant Subjects are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
