KEY INFORMATION
- Start date: April 1st 2025.
- For the first 6 months your salary will be 1600chf/month, while for the following 6 months it is 1900chf/month.
- We cannot grant that internship will lead you to the permanent position, but thanks to the effective training ~70% of interns are staying in the company after the internship period!
Eligibility Requirements (must have):
- You have a student status in April 2025 OR graduated in or after February-March 2025
- You have an EU or EEA (European Economic Area) valid passport.
YOUR INTERNSHIP ROLE
We are looking for a/an CSR and Sustainability Intern to join VF EMEA Internship Program.
You will support the VF sustainability team in implementing VF sustainability strategies. This internship will provide you with a holistic understanding of how to lead and master sustainability projects.
The CSR and Sustainability Intern will:
- Support the Sustainability team in the integration of circular economy principles into the day-to-day business, which will include: Identify, research and map prospect partners for circular business models (e.g. repairing) across regions, create a database of recycling technology providers in EMEA, project manage program development and support the team in bringing CE projects to life, engaging with both external, and internal stakeholders across the organization (e.g. brand teams, Finance, Legal, and Operations).
- Support VF brands and commercial teams in fulfilling product sustainability information for key commercial partners.
- Support the VF sustainability team in gathering brand data to meet governance demands (e.g. Higg BRM)
- Support the VF sustainability team in collecting brand product data to assess carbon impact and define roadmaps to meet VF Science Based Targets
- Support the Sustainability team in driving internal engagement through a different set of tasks, including: Owning VF EMEA sustainability playbook to showcase all VF/brands sustainability initiatives, collecting ad hoc sustainability information to reply to media inquiries, managing country-level questionnaires on VF environmental performances, rafting decks to pitch or update on sustainability projects and creating quarterly newsletters to share internally S&R projects and achievements.
- Support on team organisation, planning, and day-to-day operational tasks.

- Contribute to the integration of circular economy principles into business operations
- Gain hands-on experience in managing sustainability projects, from research to execution, collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders
- Learn how to gather and analyze sustainability data to meet performance goals
- Providing insights into goal-setting and strategic planning for sustainability initiatives across the organization
