Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group’s hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Marketing professional to join Explora Journeys, the new luxury travel brand of MSC Group, and to develop omni-channels marketing campaigns to promote our brand with a focus on brand management, brand development, product and experiences, and the promotion of our overall unique journeys product.
•Support in the development and implementation of brand identity, guidelines, production of assets and messaging across all touchpoints, channels and guest journey;
•Support in global monitoring and safeguarding of the brand guidelines application and consistency across all touchpoints, assets and markets in line with the luxury cruise industry and luxury hospitality standards;
•Support in the development and cross-functional coordination of master marketing toolkits and B2C and B2B2C master marketing assets (master texts, key visuals, brochures etc.) for product and experiences launches, marketing campaigns, commercial offers;
•Support in the development and coordination of annual marketing plans for brand and product launches;
•Support in the development, coordination and production of brand and product photography and videography;
•Support in the delivery of creative advertising artworks as per the annual media plans;
•Management of content and assets library and Digital Asset Management tools (PIM and DAM for brand-related assets, ships visuals, images, videos, master descriptions);
•Coordination of purchase orders and invoicing in SAP.
•At least 2 years’ experience in Marketing/Brand management, preferably in luxury;
•Fluent in oral and written English; any other European language is considered a plus;
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
•Master’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration/Economics;
•Structured, detail-oriented and well-organized approach to tasks and projects;
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and with external partners;
•Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints;
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
•Right to work in Italy.
