After the second interview, I told them that I didn't like the aspect of my own environment during the probationary period and the minimum requirements. The response to this was a "recommendation" (which I felt was a clear assessment) to me that I should not apply for this industry, that I was not an entrepreneurial person and that I should go back to my "9 to 5" where I could feel safe. That doesn't belong in a job interview at all and should be more factual.
