Leadership (team leadership) still has large gaps in terms of promotion and motivation - it is only demanded and criticised but not exemplified - an example and structured and clear leadership would lead to higher efficiency and at the same time higher employee satisfaction. Wages are no longer in line with the times, especially for long-term or permanent positions (no 13th salary)

If there are open positions with development opportunities, they are always filled by internal employees first, which is good! Good work is always appreciated! Home office was implemented well in the pandemic, I'm curious how it will continue now.

There are many different interesting areas and if you show performance, you can quickly get into a position with more responsibility, be it subject matter expert, trainer or team leader, etc. Flexible working hours and hybrid working are part of everyday life. There is a great team spirit!

As I have read here a few times, the office space is a bit outdated and should be modernized. The salary is really good for the industry, but there may still be room for improvement.
