The furnishings are getting on in years. The break rooms have already been modernized, but the office areas are still lacking.

Overall, a good working atmosphere, the tone is pleasant and uncomplicated. Supervisors always support when necessary, but also rely on personal initiative, which I find good. If there are open positions with development opportunities, they are always filled by internal employees first, which is good! Good work is always appreciated! Home office was implemented well in the pandemic, I'm curious how it will continue now.

There are many different interesting areas and if you show performance, you can quickly get into a position with more responsibility, be it subject matter expert, trainer or team leader, etc. Flexible working hours and hybrid working are part of everyday life. There is a great team spirit!

As I have read here a few times, the office space is a bit outdated and should be modernized. The salary is really good for the industry, but there may still be room for improvement.

As in every company, there is potential for optimization. However, we are constantly working on this and responding to the needs of our employees. The topic of communication is important and can be expanded.

Customers receive first-class service. This only works because the employees are motivated and enjoy their work. This is not the case in many other comparable companies. There is a low turnover and the employees stay relatively long. You are always trained - receive a good salary and have a TOP working environment with professional equipment.

I have now been with the company for 13 years in direct customer contact and can only report positive things. The salary has always been adjusted according to performance and is the highest in the industry.

Leadership (team leadership) still has large gaps in terms of promotion and motivation - it is only demanded and criticised but not exemplified - an example and structured and clear leadership would lead to higher efficiency and at the same time higher employee satisfaction. Wages are no longer in line with the times, especially for long-term or permanent positions (no 13th salary)
