One should take a closer look at the leadership when massive problems are present and react accordingly! Indicators would be: suddenly higher fluctuation, increasing absences due to illness, increased consumption of sweets at work... just a few. If the workforce is not motivated, then the customer will also notice. The management should examine several facts and ask not only from one person but from several from the base, because sometimes the operative base knows much more than the bosses who only want to shine.
