The flow of information in House is constantly increasing, whether via e-mail, internal tools or at events, where there is always an exchange with various teams. Great working atmosphere despite the open-plan office.
This could be improved
Cool possibilities to get involved in the offer creation etc. but unfortunately a lot of knowledge is lost in important places. Several employees with a "no interest attitude" lead to the fact that no one takes responsibility for changes that affect the offer / product.

Moreover, there is too much blasphemy and sometimes even Whatsapp groups, which serve to make fun of individual employees...an absolutely poisonous climate for normal people. Also chaotic, bad planning and hierarchical. One also has the impression that men are taken more seriously than women... As a normal editor you have to submit to the higher ones and discussions are not allowed. Leadership skills are zero. There are many nice colleagues, but they accept everything as it is...probably because they have already resigned... This employer is not for people who are looking for a professional environment.

As a previous speaker has already written, middle and upper management is not recruited according to ability, but according to sympathy and vitamin B. A lack of specialist knowledge paired with a lack of leader skills makes working strenuous and one quickly loses one's desire because one's own work is not recognised. In the newsroom, hostility among colleagues is the order of the day and the spirit that the digitalization of the company urgently needs is completely absent. The recruitment process is also anything but exemplary: applicants often receive no reply at all, which in my opinion is an impertinence with regard to the time and energy spent writing the dossier. Another common practice is that the HR management of the newsroom needs weeks to get in touch at all during the application process or to answer personnel-relevant questions and concerns. In addition to all this negative practice, there is poor and unfair pay, with significant pay differentials at the same level and between men and women being the rule rather than the rarity. From my side no recommendation for this employer.
