Well, difficult to say. I've heard the New Plant Devision is a lot more structured, not sure if less mobbing mentality though.
This could be improved
Zero recommendation to work for the Service Department: Gigantic chaos, especially in the two biggest projects, management seems to want the ship run into the iceberg. Employees are set under pressure, they do not have enough people to run their projects and there is a strong gossip and mobbing mentality. If one person does not like you, you are doomed. No common sense mentality. Payment is a joke.

This works well in the company
Good atmosphere in most departments, though the work load can sometimes be tough because there is a lack in structure and capacity. But of course it is important to have more and more managers who do not at all contribute to the project work, because it looks so good on the power point presentation.
People are becoming more and more disappointed and frustrated and I'm not sure how long this is going to last. It is actually a shame, because this could be an awesome company.

Payment: Quite some people here have a salary below the salary band since they started for the company, and salaries are in general rather low.
Home Office: Management is very old school. Home Office during Corona lock-down worked very well, most people were very happy to work much more efficiently at home but management mistrusts us, thinking we are not working while at home. So it's not even clear if home office will be allowed in the future again, at the moment it is officially not.
