Thank you very much for your evaluation. We are pleased that you like the DARU-WACHE - Bern very much and that you enjoy your work. I agree with your suggestion for improvement. It would really not be bad if customers were to pay more for the service provided, so that the wages and bonuses for the employee would be higher. In a competitive market environment with a CLA that regulates wages and bonuses for night work etc. in detail, the degree of freedom for the company is so tightly regulated that there is little scope for the individual company. This can be found good or bad. However, I would welcome a more sensible CLA with more degrees of freedom for the company, so that committed employees could be rewarded accordingly. Friendly greetings Armin Häfliger CEO

Thank you very much for your evaluation. We are pleased that you feel comfortable and that the majority of the employees at DARU-WACHE AG feel the climate is good. You write that the training of individual employees should be better. DARU-WACHE AG invests a great deal in the training of its employees. The entire training programme is currently being further developed and new training focuses are being integrated into the respective training modules in order to be able to meet the demands of everyday life even better. I can agree that not every employee can cope equally well with the demands of everyday life. People have different skills and characteristics, not everyone is equally suitable for every job in the security industry. So there are also very different services which the DARU-WACHE offers. Depending on ability and suitability, the employee can thus be deployed for the job that suits him best. In the title of your evaluation you write: "There are certainly better companies in this field". What? I notice that there are currently many former employees who would like to come back to the DARU-WACHE. I am curious to see which companies you will name to me which are better in our field than DARU-WACHE AG. As an employee, you know my contact coordinates. I look forward to your answer. Collegial greetings Armin Häfliger CEO

Job at Daru Wache AG Bern
This works well in the company
I was hired via a recruitment agency and everything went smoothly and smoothly. The interview contained all the essential information and so I could be employed in May. The traffic service is certainly not always exciting, but in the fresh air it fits. Stress only occurs when something is forgotten, otherwise practically everyone thinks along. The bosses are there when you need them, are friendly and support us.
This could be improved
I would like to attend further training courses. Unfortunately there are these only 2x per year (ODS). A third course in summer wouldn't be too much. Otherwise, it's OK.

Thank you very much for your evaluation. And welcome to DARU-WACHE AG. It is nice to read that the application process took place professionally and comprehensively. It also encourages us that you perceive the management as friendly and supportive. The entire training programme is currently being further developed and new training focal points are being integrated into the respective training modules. Since the need for training is primarily geared to the tasks and requirements that we have to cope with in everyday life, it is understandable that you would like to attend a further training course more often. However, it is always necessary to weigh up the cost/benefit ratio. Depending on the training, DARU-WACHE AG pays up to 100% of the training costs and the participant's salary during the training. In a business environment, the training is not an end in itself, but should specifically develop the skills required for the activity to be performed, which are not yet available in sufficient quantity. Best regards Armin Häfliger CEO
