Uniform at the station: Unfortunately, I don't see in which direction they want an improvement. More modern company cars: I am of the opinion that we use very modern and good cars with us. The Nissan Micra is a solid and valuable vehicle. Our fleet of vehicles is continuously supplemented with new vehicles and after approx. 5 years of use, these vehicles are replaced again. So we always have a modern vehicle fleet. Added to the Nissan Micra is no 5 Series BMW or Bentley. However, such vehicles would not make sense as official vehicles either. Rapports old-fashioned: Yes, I can agree with that, for this reason the software is also updated at regular intervals. With the new WKS system you have already noticed that this is very good. The new WKS system introduced by us is by far the best system that can be used for this purpose. New software will also be used for operational planning software in the foreseeable future. Then the reports will also be made electronically. As you can see, DARU-WACHE continuously invests in infrastructure and equipment so that its employees can provide a high-quality service. Thus, the market price to be achieved for one working hour (price paid by a customer for the service) logically results from the CLA. Because the wage costs or personnel costs amount to approx. 90 % of all costs in this industry. I would very much appreciate it if especially the wages of Kat. C and Kat.
