With regard to the upper frame, you notice that the frame does not pull in one strand. I believe that the squad is pulling in the same direction. For some, the direction is simply not yet clear. As the company evolves, this also means for the top management to allow and shape changes. People and there superiors belong to it, do not like changes so much. One or the other does not want to detach himself from structures he has grown fond of. The upper cadre is no exception. In the area of employee training and development, we are currently revising the training modules. As you can see from the training programme, there are ongoing courses in which you can take part if this makes sense for your job. But you are right, a training course provides the theoretical and practical basis. In order to master a subject, you must practice and train. This is the case with every training. Unfortunately, there are no wage increases even after years not, no gratuities and no anniversary gifts for recurring employees on an hourly wage. No gutis for experience and loyalty. Unfortunately, the motivation of some employees decreases as a result (understandable) - I think there should be a fire blanket and a hammer at every fire station for emergencies. The hammer to smash the alarm disc, especially when wearing short sleeve tops, there is no time to avoid injuries otherwise. And the fire blanket is very well suited for smaller fire outbreaks and the customer has less damage as a result (no water, foam) - With fallible coworkers one should perhaps look for the common discussion (motivation/ problem solution)

We can also talk about salary: The claim that it is dictated by the CLA is not entirely true, as this only sets the minimum and so there is room to go up. This explains why competitors often pay higher salaries. In addition, managers in Zurich could delegate some tasks instead of trying to do everything themselves. Employees would be happy about new activities, requirements and even promotion opportunities, which would also contribute to motivation and satisfaction within the team.

As you know, employees have to enter the hours they have worked themselves in the planning software on their cell phone on the working day or the following day at the latest. Changes to the target time must be entered by the employee and justified in the comments field so that this justification can be sent to the customer when the invoice is issued. If this is followed as described and instructed, in theory there will be no discrepancies. However, I have actually already had a discussion with an employee who changed his working hours in the APP and typed "..." in the comments. When I explained this to him, he also realized that a customer would be unlikely to accept an invoice discrepancy if our employees wrote "..." three dots as an explanation. It is therefore essential that the modern infrastructure that we have in the DARU GROUP with our full digitization is also used correctly by the employees. And yes, if this is not done properly, the issue becomes very costly and time-consuming. This is because not only do the working hours have to be corrected by the employee, but a subsequent invoice also has to be sent to the customer. And if the customer says that these hours were not worked by our employee. Well, then we really have a problem. It is therefore extremely important that the hours are entered correctly in the APP by the employee with a detailed comment in the event of target/actual deviations.
