The service is good and reliable. We are standing the time we are set with the client.
I do think that the company should pay much more attention to the employees and be in touch in an email or any other platform, for example it would be nice to get an email with merry Christmas card but we didn’t got any. To make team meetings to listen to the difficulties we are facing with. Reply to emails it’s basic to share what is the direction the company goes. We all feels the financial issues but it’s not fair to ask the employees to give 100% while we don’t receive our payment.

Actually nothing, there is an internal chaos. Wage payments are not made until the following month. Social security deductions should be checked out thoroughly. A company structure is not visible on the website, there are no contact points. The HR department (if you can call it that) can only be reached via a private mobile phone number. Attention: sans Francais - rien ne va plus!
The company does not manage to draw up correct employment contracts. There is no person responsible for HR. Only people without specialist knowledge are employed there as well.
