The working environment is very informal and all employees are valued regardless of their position. The work is fun, varied and always offers new challenges.

There is always room for improvement, but I am very happy with my job here and have never had such a great place to work!

We have a great, young team. It's fun to work together towards the same goals. Home office options and flexible working hours allow for a better quality of life.

I am very comfortable in the company and there is not really much room for improvement from my point of view, except a 13th month salary would be great.

In the haar-shop you meet a young and very motivated team. The direct feedback culture is actively lived and so everyone contributes something to the success of the company. The anticipation of the planned new building in Steffisburg is palpable throughout the team.

The haar-shop team has grown strongly in recent years. This growth leads to necessary adjustments in processes and organization, which are currently being addressed.

The working atmosphere is very pleasant and familiar. People help each other and their own needs are taken into account. The working hours are flexible with different shifts. Home office is also possible by arrangement.

The workstations could be made a bit more modern, e.g. standing desks.

The working atmosphere and team cohesion are very good, everyone helps everyone where they can! We are a motivated team and give full throttle for our customers, I find it very nice that this is also appreciated and rewarded by the employer. In general, no previous employer showed me so much appreciation and flexibility as Haar-Shop.ch AG. I am happy to be a part of the Haar-Shop team and can only recommend it!

I feel very comfortable and see no potential for improvement anywhere.

I appreciate the collegial and appreciative interaction at all levels. Suggestions for process developments are always reviewed and implemented where possible. I am grateful, I have applied at haar-shop and received the opportunity to be part of the team.

There are no points that the company could improve. All the issues that I wanted could be solved in such a way that both parties agree. :) I am completely satisfied.

From my point of view, there is no great potential for improvement. Except maybe more home office days, as I had a very long way to work.

Cooperation in the team, clear structures / hierarchy. As an employee you know exactly where to go if you need help. Leaders support wherever necessary and are also willing to go the extra mile (also applies to employees).

Like almost everywhere, you can optimize internal processes and internal communication. One should give the employees a little more "leeway", trust that work will be done and allow a little more flexibility.
