We are regularly trained not only as a duty but also with "heart and soul" to say so! I think that's good. We are motivated to improve our skills again and again. I am a talented linguist and strong in computer science. I was able to gain a lot of experience after 18 years in the USA (with MBA degree). Nevertheless, I am always learning new tricks and not necessarily from older people. This company suits me well and I do not have to commute far! What more do you want then?
This could be improved
We use many complex computer systems that need to be updated frequently. Just like a Porsche, the whole experience costs a lot of time, money and patience. Of course I don't have an exact solution. Maybe more mechanics who are regularly on duty?

After more than 10 days without an answer I asked. I called 044 659 61 11 (found in Google). They told me I was wrong there and I asked if I could get a number or email. Waiting. Operator was friendly but did not tell me what is always "thank you for waiting"... At some point he connected me with the warning that I might have to wait. I was connected and thrown off the line.

Provide communication opportunities for applicants and communicate clearly. I don't want people off the line. The whole thing can be controlled very well with good communication.
