Good cooperation at all levels is important to us. I regret that you described / experienced the cooperation between management and employees as "not really satisfactory". On the last quality day of the internal employees, satisfaction with whether inputs were taken up by the management and implemented within a useful period was for the first time given a good mark of 8.29 (scale 1 to 10). We also ask at all departmental meetings about communication and appreciation, how the pulse is in the company. However, we can and want to improve even further in the squad.
