The company has opened up a lot in recent years and is very strong in terms of communication at management level - the information tends to get lost at middle management level - but a lot of work is being done on this. Good interaction between the owner family (father and son) who both know a lot and are very involved. All six company locations are appreciated and well looked after. Regular events and an ownership team that likes to maintain contact with all employees - it's rare to see such a family atmosphere including a DU culture! The company is continuously investing in the necessary operational facilities and is now also tackling the catering facilities and office space. All colleagues are friendly and very helpful - there are exceptions here too, but where not.
