There may be areas where everything is going very well, but not in IT.

Foreigners are bullied. Swiss German is spoken, even if you ask for High German to be spoken. Older employees are thrown out. The good employees leave of their own accord, only the incompetent ones stay. You are shouted at by the boss, threats are made and attempts are made to intimidate you, you are forbidden to go to HR if you have problems, and you don't get any support from HR either. Mental health suffers a lot at Helsana, some colleagues have already dropped out with burnout.

Very little is going well at the moment. Especially in the sales channel with the new GL member, everything is going down the drain.

There would be room for improvement in many areas. The list of topics would be endless.

Until now, things were going well, there were clear structures. Everyone knew what they had to do.

Organization, transparency, planning, information flow What is going well is reorganized and then nothing works anymore and the employees are to blame

The company is successful in the market. Money is there and not scarce.

Enabling more personal responsibility with more competencies for employees

As part-time employees with children in the household, working hours can be easily reconciled with the children's school hours. Many promotion and training opportunities available internally, employees are actively promoted. Also with the upper management an uncomplicated contact exists.

Home office is still not possible in many areas, which is partly given by the work, partly however with the superiors not yet desired is. Here Helsana should be a little more open.

A lot of energy for the development of the working environment in the company. I can shape a lot of things. The meaning in life for the customer is becoming more and more apparent!

Finding/showing more cooperation/common purpose at the highest levels. It is not yet possible to participate equally in all areas.

I got a very positive impression of Helsana during the interview. I am particularly impressed by the attractive employment conditions, but I am also impressed by my future supervisor's nature and abilities. I'm looking forward to my start!!!
