This works well in the company
The latest work equipment is always provided, during home office duty due to Covid-19 we were allowed to take home additional equipment needed (e.g. monitors). With the business phone we are provided with 3GB data volume. Regular meetings (weekly) are sufficient. With our partner companies, we also have access to IT know-how. With reference to long-term employees, the working atmosphere is also pleasant. From experience, employee changes are commonplace in today's world. Of course, the company has high standards regarding the quality of work, but unfortunately some "former" employees have probably forgotten this.

At present, there are no corresponding building blocks, which is why an improvement in any respect is unnecessary.

I see the greatest potential for improvement in the working atmosphere / in the style of conduct / in the respectful treatment of employees / promises are not kept / no career opportunities are offered / there is no flexibility in the execution of work / many changes of course in the execution of the work - after 2 or 3 months the execution specifications are changed by the management / no further development opportunities are apparent / old-fashioned company / no attention is paid to the goodwill, the needs and the employees themselves. The employee is always replaceable and this is noticeably communicated. I rate the value of the employees close to 0...

As a long-time employee, I am very surprised about the "strange" rating with only 1 star. On the occasion of weekly meetings (during home office duty via teams), every employee could/can bring up his needs, problems etc.. In addition, it is of course possible to make a career, but also to tackle further training. The corresponding support existed and always exists, but a proactive action is certainly not too much to ask. Of course, execution specifications are also adapted, which makes sense if a work process can be simplified as a result or if customer wishes have to be taken into account. The needs of the employees are taken into account as far as possible, and reductions in workload are almost always possible.

Part 2 The company caters to companies from different industries. The company puts a lot of emphasis on responding to the different customer needs and implementing them. This requires a great flexibility in the execution of the work. Therefore, the work varies from day to day or can change after a certain period of time, as it has to be adapted to the customer's needs. Each workstation is equipped with 2 monitors and a laptop, each employee receives a new iPhone with a business number upon entry, a free underground parking space is available, whether one can really speak of old-fashioned here? In conclusion, the time since the covid pandemic began has not been an easy time for employees or employers. Home office introduction unfortunately didn't simplify the whole thing either. Therefore, it would have been all the more valuable and important to place such feedbacks.

Part 1 Thank you very much for the feedback. (The term employee hereafter also applies to the female employee). We consider feedbacks as an opportunity to improve. It is a pity that such feedbacks are not addressed during the employment process. The company holds weekly team meetings in which employees can/should participate. Furthermore, weekly meetings are held with the management as well as board meetings several times a year. The company places a lot of emphasis on career opportunities. The goal of the company would be to lead an employee in the area of fiduciary clerk to a junior mandate manager and then to a mandate manager. However, this also requires the will and training/education of the employee. Employees have the opportunity to attend courses or further training at any time. Course costs and time are borne by the employer. With regard to further training, the company has also introduced a further training agreement in which the costs of further training are borne by the company. If an employee wishes to reduce his or her workload as a result of further training, the employer will accommodate the employee's request. In addition, probationary period interviews and appraisal interviews are held with the employees. The employee as well as the direct superior must/should prepare for these interviews by means of the introduced forms. In these forms we expect the feedback s such as, personal assessments, evaluations, developments, strengths, weaknesses, etc. which are then discussed together in the interview and any changes are discussed. Thanks to our partner company, we always have the possibility to promote our employees internally for further training/education, e.g. in the tax area.
