Good working atmosphere, exciting work and great colleagues

-Respectful treatment -Interesting environment & products -growth opportunities (medium/long-term) -Many new employees create the basis to improve outdated structures.

-HR feedback (response time) to job seekers can be improved -Communication top down still has potential for improvement. -Open company culture is still under construction. -Strategy, structure and processes are not (yet) very robust. -Tension field global and local priorities.

Wages are on the dot. Good for undemanding employees without character with a certain indifference.

Respect for long-standing employees. Management style. Environmental protection.

-Industry wage -Relatively many freedoms for the pharmaceutical industry

-A culture shaped by bullying and intrigue -Leadership is non-existent -complete exchange of the Site Leadership Team

Everyone at the interview was very courteous and friendly. Unfortunately, I saw a different side when I received the rejection. Honest communication seems to be a foreign concept for some people.

After the second interview on site, the rejection came by e-mail from a person from HR with whom I didn't even have a conversation. I expect an honest answer and not a standardized one. Too bad. I expected more from this company.
