There is usually a good team spirit in the teams, and here it really depends on the branch. I enjoyed working here, but I am also happy to have left the company. The brand and the concept is beautiful, there is every quarter wearing jewelry to choose from and it is a pleasure to work with the jewelry. It is a great pity that things are not going as well behind the scenes as they are at the front. In general, more attention should be paid to the feedback and wishes of the sales staff. You can feel the dissatisfaction in the teams. Motivation is quickly lost if the work is not valued.

Poor communication between Retail Manager and stores. False promises are made that are never kept. Conversations (salary negotiations, increasing workloads, etc.) between personnel and retail managers hardly ever or never take place. The salary is normal, as an hourly wage earner you have to be careful, hours are often cut and you can never be sure how much you "may" work in a month.
