You can see that Reca belongs to the Würth Group, many options and suggestions are taken over and implemented. Unfortunately, the management of Reca Switzerland is not always the best. Very often they keep employees who take advantage of the position they have. There are reasons why there are sales managers who had to reduce their group from 10 employees to 4 within 1.5 years. (Self resigned) I think as a stepping stone for the sales force Reca is optimal. And if you are absolutely committed and a little lucky, and can take over an area, this is definitely the right thing. The internal service is not the yellow of the egg. Unfortunately, there is a lot of working against each other. There are opportunities for advancement, but unfortunately they are often decided by gut feeling and not by performance.

internally, a clear structure would have to be set up urgently and then also adhered to. unfortunately, as an ad employee, you received very little support from the office, so that a lot of work stuck to you. i assume that this was due to the fact that many positions were filled by good people who, however, could not present any noteworthy experience in the area of activity. when working well, which was definitely the case for me, I was constantly asked to do much more. in order to be able to receive the bonuses at the end of the month, I usually averaged 10h rather than 8.5. it gave me the feeling that I had to compensate for the less well performing AD employees with my sales figures. i recommend the company to everyone who wants to enter the industry. i tend to advise experienced sales representatives not to do so. unless you have nerves of steel regarding certain competencies in your own ranks, are not too shy to work 10-11h and pull weaker ones along or balance them out with your own numbers within the group. i wish the company a good future. hopefully you will have eliminated the teething troubles in a few years and will be able to play a leading role in switzerland as a subsidiary of würth.

Introduce 13th month wage and 5 weeks vacation! Who gets a good sales territory also has good chances of commission. But since there are currently usually 2-3 people in the same area, this is becoming increasingly difficult for new employees. In addition, new and junior salespeople are only allowed to offer a fraction of what A- salespeople are allowed to sell. In general, the salary for a sales job is rather low. I advise new employees to negotiate a good fixed salary with which they can live well for 3 years. The biggest conflict is usually between the office and the sales force where in the end the AD is ALWAYS to blame (even if the mistake obviously happened in the office). In addition, certain employees in the office unfortunately make not exactly few mistakes. There is an urgent need for action here. Promotion opportunities only exist if the numbers are right! No value is placed on completed training. Only those who write good numbers are appreciated here. Should be reconsidered!

I have been working for this company for a year now. My performance is 100 % reprimanded, something I have never experienced before. The contact is very good and helpful. Team events are also often held and with appropriate performance you have the opportunity to participate in special events. (Ski races, Formula E races etc.).
