(Self resigned) I think as a stepping stone for the sales force Reca is optimal. And if you are absolutely committed and a little lucky, and can take over an area, this is definitely the right thing. The internal service is not the yellow of the egg. Unfortunately, there is a lot of working against each other. There are opportunities for advancement, but unfortunately they are often decided by gut feeling and not by performance.

internally, a clear structure would have to be set up urgently and then also adhered to. unfortunately, as an ad employee, you received very little support from the office, so that a lot of work stuck to you. i assume that this was due to the fact that many positions were filled by good people who, however, could not present any noteworthy experience in the area of activity. when working well, which was definitely the case for me, I was constantly asked to do much more. in order to be able to receive the bonuses at the end of the month, I usually averaged 10h rather than 8.5. it gave me the feeling that I had to compensate for the less well performing AD employees with my sales figures. i recommend the company to everyone who wants to enter the industry. i tend to advise experienced sales representatives not to do so. unless you have nerves of steel regarding certain competencies in your own ranks, are not too shy to work 10-11h and pull weaker ones along or balance them out with your own numbers within the group. i wish the company a good future. hopefully you will have eliminated the teething troubles in a few years and will be able to play a leading role in switzerland as a subsidiary of würth.

In addition, certain employees in the office unfortunately make not exactly few mistakes. There is an urgent need for action here. Promotion opportunities only exist if the numbers are right! No value is placed on completed training. Only those who write good numbers are appreciated here. Should be reconsidered!

The company is practically non-existent via internet search. The salary is not adapted to modern times, you have 4 weeks of vacation and no 13th month salary. You work many more hours than stated and you can't draw them. There is a lack of professional leadership and no career opportunities. The company has no structure and outdated processes. There are too many employees who are not technically trained and enjoy too much authority.

Team spirit is very important. If you have a problem or questions, you can turn to anyone. Despite the size of the company, it is very familiar. I can only recommend this company. The evaluation mentioned below, that allegedly everyone bosses around etc. is not understandable for me at all. I can't understand it at all, must be a former frustrated employee who has noticed what he is missing. I could not mention one bad experience, everyone is pulling in the same direction.

I see very little potential for improvement at Reca at the moment. Like in a family, even the management talks to the employee at eye level. The superiors in general are very helpful and solution-oriented can only mention this company in the best sense.

I can only recommend the employer!

Unfortunately, the tool trade is not one of the best paid industries - but prefer to work in peace rather than earn a golden nose with a broken psyche. The company is growing and therefore some processes are not yet mature. But that will come and you can actively participate.
