As a guest and to the outside this seems to be the case, but if you speak honestly with an employee you will quickly realize that more than half is not motivated at all in this work environment and employment relationship to work. The entire management has no idea what they are doing with their employees. The reason for this I will enumerate to them now once: Equal opportunities: When they are hired, they will be given honey around their mouths, they will receive a wage increase every year they can complete training here. That's not the case. When the time comes, everything is denied and "we have not promised them that" is said! Professional training becomes difficult when even part of the management has no idea what the difference is between a steam locomotive and an electric locomotive. Leaders who have no idea what they're talking about. Such are to provide technical training? The culmination is this issue: Occupational safety / health protection You write: "we pay great attention to occupational safety and health"!!! During a job interview they are told that Rigibahnen AG is a very family-friendly company. What do they think when you have to work up to 12 days without Fridays and 12 hours without lunch during the summer months? Is that health protection or family-friendly? If the Federal Office of Transport knew that all employees do not observe the prescribed breaks by law, the safety of the royal guests would no longer be guaranteed. Health also has to do with a balanced diet. How healthy is it when you have to eat a sandwich in five minutes? Without having to take your time to enjoy the prescribed lunch break. I think the points don't match the profile of the rigi tracks at all. So consider it good to apply there. The best thing to do is to ask a train driver or train attendant about it. Who will certainly not conceal an honest answer from you. As I said, empty words, empty promises and zero stars.
