I applied as an assistant and was invited for the first interview after 3 weeks. The conversation was quite good, they asked a lot of questions and also told a lot of great things about the company. The office was mega cool and the lady at the reception mega dear. I felt very comfortable. Unfortunately they chose someone else, which disappointed me very much. Especially since they still have the job advertised.

Something's going on! Since so many great, big but also challenging projects are being worked on, we have a lot to do. Nevertheless, the fun of top performance and appreciation does not fall by the wayside: be it on the last office trip to Berne or simply over a snack in between. Our managing directors take their time for us even in the most stressful times, which is very important to me. The contact is very collegial and anyone who wants to achieve something can get involved without any problems.

Our processes and structures are not yet optimal. We have grown from 5 employees to 200 within 11 years, there was no time. This makes it all the more exciting to follow suit. We already receive some benefits such as financial support for health promotion. But I think we still have some air up here.

No answer to queries. When you call, you talk to a good three different people, from all of them you get different (sometimes very rude) answers. You don't have the feeling that the application process is running smoothly or that everyone is talking about the same process (if you get an answer at all). According to job advertisements, it may be quite good never to have received an answer - the fluctuation rate must be quite high.
