Nothing worth mentioning. Since the remuneration is unacceptable, no specialists are interested in this UN. TU people keep their hands off it - says it all.

This company is "frantically" looking for new employees. As an employee you have to take over some projects, because the "Milchbüebli" calculation of the GL only allows this. The orders are offered / obtained too favorable - corresponding salary.... I will also leave this company soon.

A company with flat hierarchies in which new ideas and suggestions are openly received. The projects are unique and of high architectural quality precisely because they can be collaborated with renowned architectural firms. The HSSP supports personal development and professional advancement. Of course, this requires a certain amount of initiative and motivation.

I can recommend HSSP to people who like to take on responsibility, work independently, enjoy implementing sophisticated architecture and appreciate a humane environment. I like working for HSSP very much!

As an applicant I could not be shown any comprehensible advantages of the company. The application experience was very dry and superficial.

Some of the current project references are not up to date and some have been processed for years. More transparency would make sense.
