A company must constantly adapt to the current difficult market situation. This always entails changes. Not all people can adapt to new circumstances and accept change. Especially when the changes are as striking as they were when we moved to the new production building. For some there are more advantages, for others more disadvantages. Unfortunately, if the disadvantages for someone personally outweigh the disadvantages, this usually leads to him or her being dissatisfied. As an employer, we often seek an interview in such situations. Nevertheless, we do not always find the common denominator and there are isolated people who then try to spread their negative mood among the other employees in the hope that changes will be reversed. Since we, as employers, have the responsibility for several people and we have to take care of the security of the company, this situation unfortunately usually ends in a separation. Understandably, this increases the frustration... You have to work everywhere and there are always positive and negative. It is important to find a job that suits you personally. We offer jobs for people who can identify with the company and want to pull together with us on the same rope.

Our working atmosphere among each other is really good, we help and motivate each other, we pass on our knowledge and experience to all employees. If the birthday falls on a weekday, we have a paid day off. Company holidays over the New Year are also taken over by the shop. We receive a bonus depending on business performance.
The improvements are in full swing. With the new building, the workplaces have been optimized, it is fun to work. We have a new system which took some getting used to in the beginning but with the time when everything is working fine it only brings advantages.
