You will be constantly controlled and put under pressure! If you don't reach your numbers, you'll be forced to work overtime! If you don't reach the numbers for a few days, you'll just get fired! It's terrible what's happening here on behalf of aid organizations! Absolutely scandalously bad working conditions which are partly absolutely forbidden! I would not recommend this company to anyone and find it a scandal that aid organisations are represented by this company! Profit instead of sense!

The DialogerJob is a fairly paid and meaningful, but also very demanding job (working outside in the fresh air in all weathers, performance expectations). Our Job Info team communicates this to every applicant at the initial interview. From our point of view, what you call monitoring is rather coaching, which is intended to enable our employees to be successful in their jobs. Corris does not advocate permanent monitoring (prohibited by labour law) or excessive pressure to perform. A good working atmosphere is important to us and our regular online surveys among the dialogues show that the mood is much better than you describe it. However, our clients expect our dialogue partners to deliver performance that is not massively below the average for all employees. Our working conditions have also been thoroughly checked and found to be correct by aid organisations and labour lawyers. Corris is very careful not to do anything "forbidden". The satisfaction of our (former) employees and also of donors is very important to us and we are interested in any constructive criticism. If you are urgently looking for work, you will accept any job offer. Therefore I find it a pity that my evaluation will not convince anyone not to work here. One is constantly shadowed during working hours by the team leader, and secretly observed that one addresses everyone, but really EVERY passer-by, like an assembly line worker, in order to "convince" them to become contributors to the aid organization to which one has been assigned. And woe betide one takes oneself UNLAUBT times 5 min time around itself with colleagues to exchange where one can improve oneself or criticism to each other exchanges, one becomes unproductive to be subordinated to have no desire. Colleagues are ALL ALWAYS afraid of dismissal. CATASTROPE ! No wonder so damn many colleagues take weed and stimulants to deal psychologically with stress. When a passer-by then really stops and says that he doesn't really want to support, the actual "work" begins. Passers-by are taken to task according to all the rules of the art and are treated Rethorisch. - Why don't you donate? - What's wrong with donating a second, third aid organization? Superiors are totally ungrateful that MINUSGRADEN provides top mental performance in winter. 2- 3 members per day is not enough ! It MUST be at least 5. Even employees who are longer in the process inevitably have days and weeks where they do not reach the 5 rate. Such a thing to expect from a beginner is slavery. A shame that aid organizations use such business models and squeeze out profit at the expense of employees. If you don't write green numbers here, you will be thrown away like a fully-sprayed, crumpled cosmetic tissue.
