Who are capable of understanding and recognizing the importance of their contractual duty towards the employees they poach or hire, in order to avoid that these employees, more than competent at their arrival, leave broken and fearful due to lack of recognition, support and concrete actions when they try to remedy the toxic and catastrophic relationship they are enduring with their manager in place.
