Thank you very much for your rating. We are very pleased to read that there is harmonious and respectful interaction within the departments and that you greatly appreciate your room for manoeuvre. Through our regular surveys, our "open door and close to the employees" culture, we constantly feel the pulse of our company climate, create measures and work on their implementation to achieve continuous improvement in order to counteract or at least contain stressful situations.
We are surprised that you feel so negatively about our opportunities for advancement. For us, it is an important success factor to be able to recruit internal employees who are willing and have the right qualifications.
Through our Aspire program, we have already been able to accompany and develop numerous colleagues from beauty consultant to store manager and even area manager. This fills us with pride every time we are allowed to hand over the certificates and, if the opportunity arises, to promote the participants to the desired function.
But the career starts with us already in the apprenticeship period :-) Imagine: Some of our managers have already completed their apprenticeship with us.
