Communication between the head office and the branches has also been improved in recent years.

Superiors in the top positions have almost exclusively been the same people for many years who have always only been in the company and have remained in development. Motto: We have always done it this way. Therefore the majority of the employees understandably have very little motivation and loyalty and everyone just does what they are told. There is great cohesion within the departments and branches. Unfortunately, this does not apply to all departments and there is intense competition between the head office and the branches. Due to the hierarchical and encrusted structures, there are hardly any Further development opportunities. There are also too few employees employed for the work to be done, which is one of the reasons why employee fluctuation is very high. It is well known that Marionnaud is not one of the generous payers, because the salary is saved in every corner because of the small budget.

Employees are exploited. Too few personnel, work schedules are not adhered to, breaks are shortened (especially in the Christmas business), low earnings, always short-term changes of the work schedule, always brought to minus hours, high expectations and no appreciation. Constant change!!!
