The only positive thing about this business are the work colleagues, who make sure that you stay motivated.

No support from head office, sales staff have to sort everything out themselves. Promotion opportunities are nil. There is also no further training.

New logistics centre incl. canteen. The course is set for the future. Business model convincing. Swiss customers attach great importance to service!

Still very satisfied. Every company and every job has strengths and weaknesses - and so does Fust and my job. The daily challenge of working with customers, suppliers and employees excites me anew every day.

To alienate and rip off the remaining customers as well.

Replace Chefs. Even shorter turnaround times for the most capable fresh meat.

I can't judge that as I'm not employed by the company.

As an applicant, I would appreciate receiving at least an acknowledgement of receipt. If the application process takes longer than usual, applicants should be informed accordingly. If there is no response after a month and the job advertisement has been deleted, then this can be confusing.

I have applied for a vacant logistics position in Oberbüren several times and have not received any feedback several times.

At least give feedback to the applicants, if you already try to write an application or at least apply!

That people are not treated like numbers but as people and that not everything is taken for granted. The boss floor including the head of department should be completely replaced by people who have at least a little bit of humanity.

Application remained without any feedback. I just saw that the ad expired three days ago. Until today, there has been no answer.

It would be nice to get an answer. Be it positive, be it negative. Especially with the effort you make with every application...

I've been working at Fust for 15 years. I have experienced many changes, changing employees and superiors, and also savings measures. I love my job as a delivery technician and I am very satisfied with the fair working conditions. If you give everything, you get everything. Fust is the best employer I've ever had. And Coop as a mother, you have security, too.

Well, apparently not all applications are answered. That should do it.

Too bad, I expected more from such a big company.

No feedback on the application, just long waiting times. Very impersonal!
