The Bucher Group is structured as three companies, which are all globally active from their respective locations. But they complement each optimally, especially through their active exchange of know-how and experience which helps Bucher deliver added value to its customers.
Our products and services divisions are: Catering, Cabin, Emergency Medical Systems (EMS) and Automotive / VIP. Bucher solutions and products are used in Airbus, Boeing, Pilatus and other aircraft.

Good working atmosphere among colleagues
This works well in the company
The company is located directly next to Lake Greifensee in a very beautiful location. The working conditions are fair and the remuneration for the Zurich Oberland is reasonable. Once a year, the company offers its employees a summer party as well as a Christmas party. If an employee has good ideas for improving work processes, these are often implemented, provided that the idea can be backed up with facts and figures.
This could be improved
The infrastructure is no longer up to date and could be improved. The main building is in need of renovation. The carpets are very old in the offices. The printers/printers are open in the corridors next to various workstations. In this case, a shelter for particulate matter emissions would make sense.

Bucher offers very varied work, it never gets boring. On the whole there is a pleasant working atmosphere and the "you" culture is lived. Bucher supports employees in their further training, offers several apprenticeships every year and offers flexible working hours.
This could be improved
From my point of view, Bucher could promote cross-departmental cooperation a little more. They know each other, but I don't think they know each other well enough.
