The machine maintenance ect. runs too unprofessionally for me, machines continue to run in catastrophic condition, no time is taken for maintenance and everyone does a bit what he wants. If one would invest more time in maintenance, it would pay off greatly, because one would have much fewer disruptions and more pleasant shifts with less stress, besides, I had people in the team who were very unfriendly and did not allow me a reasonable training.
