This works well in the company
Wage payment are on time in the account. Work clothes are good.
This could be improved
The company should pay much more attention to its drivers. International chauffeurs had to sleep in the driver's cabs over the turn of the year. Inhumane. Wages are always set at the minimum wage, except at management level.

This works well in the company
New and good vehicle fleet, wide range of orders in various sectors, various shift models as a driver possible, whoever is committed to the company also receives recognition and additional benefits. Only wage earners are wrong here. The company is solidly positioned and has a flat hierarchy. I feel comfortable and enjoy working for Dreier AG!
This could be improved
I cannot say anything bad, those who complain about shift times and hours are wage earners. Those who are committed to the company also get a decent return.

This works well in the company
In the enterprise it runs in so far well, as that the canine devotion of the specialist department managers upwards ensures that the FA. is well positioned on the market. Fairness, character and humanity fall by the wayside especially in times of Corona.
This could be improved
Overtaxed dispatchers, as the FA. Dreier can no longer afford trained dispatchers. In the Corona crisis, drivers are burned to get more orders. They openly threaten to fire them if they don't take their holidays. The additional hours are not paid correctly, but are charged with ... 'minus hours' ... although, with 13 - 16 h shifts, no one can have minus hours... Working hours are manipulated and not added to the pay slip at the end of the month. The normal salary is 1000-1300sfr below the average. Easter Monday is a normal working day with compulsory work... Anyone who is not required to work actively and who is on duty must be ready to be called up at any time... It's all laid down in the Labour Code...? In the law of three...
