The majority of employees who have quit in the past have not left the company. But the management. Potential for improvement !?: - If this one-man-show is planned / wanted - nothing should be changed. - However, if the goal is to value and promote the employee as an important resource, it is first necessary to realize that this management strategy does not lead to the desired results. Then a specialist should look at the entire company and turn the tide. - Another difficulty is that there are some people at interfaces and in leadership positions who prevent the development of the company through their incompetent way of leading. It would be desirable if this insight were to come soon. A high price is already being paid for this. Long-standing employees are leaving. Result: Quality decreases, lead times increase, planning becomes almost impossible, etc.

If you are looking for great colleagues and appreciate positive interaction, this is the right place for you. The image of the company and its products is very good. The company has grown steadily and continues to invest in infrastructure, including modern machinery.
Due to the rapid expansion, the structures sometimes lag behind. Although there is a lounge with a kitchen, the branch in Oberhasli is located in an industrial area with no shopping facilities. A fridge with lunch menus and snacks for employee catering (e.g. FeelFeel) would be desirable. It is also difficult to get to work by public transport.
